All ECH properties are offered for sale under a licence to occupy contract.

What is a license to occupy?

Licence to occupy means you have the right to live in the property for as long as you choose to, but you do not own the building or the land. Each Residence Agreement and associated financial contract differs based on the location of the village.

Pricing options

At ECH we pride ourselves in providing retirement living choices which are made simple and transparent.

We believe in providing you with clear and straightforward financial terms, so you can plan your future with confidence. When you choose one of our Independent Living Units (units), you’ll find that each unit is priced individually, ensuring fairness and flexibility.

Let’s break down how our refundable entry contributions work. Imagine you decide to join us and the entry contribution for a unit you’re interested in is $400,000. Here’s what you can expect in terms of refunds based on your length of stay:

Refund Amount

$400,000

$380,000

$360,000

$340,000

$320,000

$300,000

Our aim is to provide you with peace of mind, which is why we also offer a 90-Day Settling In Period. If for whatever reason you change your mind in the first 90-days, you will receive a 100% refund of the Entry Contribution, less the reasonable costs of rent.

Your ECH Sales Consultant will explain to you in detail how our pricing and contracts work.
